Located minutes from Sandy Point beach and 30 minutes to Halifax. A great place for visiting family or friends in the area, or a base for exploring the eastern shore . We have some of the best beaches in Nova Scotia, great for surfing and beach combing.

A Beautifully furnished basement apartment awaits your stay ! A BBQ and cozy back deck , with fire pit and chairs.

Please go around the back of the house where you will find the apartment , you have the lower suite to yourself

Absolutely No Parties or Events! PLEASE be respectful of neighbours who live nearby. Enjoy yourselves, but please keep the noise to a reasonable level after 10:00PM. (HRM By-laws ) Have fun, you're on vacation!

THE NEIGHBOURHOOD

Porters Lake is a rural area just outside of Halifax, approximately a 45 minute drive from Halifax or the airport. The housing density is low and privacy is high.

Lawrencetown Beach and Martinique Beach are highlights of this area and receive a number of visitors on most summer days especially when the weather is pleasant. The beach is the best in Nova Scotia.

The locals are among the friendliest on earth. So, please, be respectful of neighbours who live nearby. Enjoy yourselves, but please keep the noise to a reasonable level after 10:00PM.
