Welcome to Low Tide, a new custom built modern beach house suite. Located just a stone’s throw from the sparkling waters of Lawrencetown Beach and overlooking protected parkland, this 2 bedroom coastal suite is the ideal escape to immerse oneself in nature.

Enjoy all the amenities of home with access to a private beach path and the Atlantic View Trail. Only 35 minutes from the airport and downtown Halifax, escape to the Eastern Shore for rest and play in this picturesque setting.

**This space is not suitable for young children, we ask that children are older then 10 years**

Other things to note

There is storage under the covered deck to secure your bikes, surfboards, etc. We provide beach chairs, boogie boards, and beach towels.

*Laundry available for week long stays*

As a guest, you'll have exclusive access to the entire property, including all amenities. This may also include the private beach, outdoor fire pit, and a spacious deck with stunning ocean views. Inside, you'll have full use of all bedrooms, the bathroom, the living area, and the fully equipped kitchen, ensuring a comfortable and relaxing stay.

For safety, we kindly ask guests to supervise children near the water and to respect quiet hours after 10 PM to preserve the serene environment.

We do not allow parties or events at the property and please note, we require quiet time at 10 pm
