This charming waterfront cottage overlooks Aspy Bay, dramatic cliffs, rolling mountain ranges, and the Atlantic Ocean — offering unforgettable sunrises and sunsets from the comfort of the screened-in patio.

Relax and unwind while surrounded by nature, or explore the many nearby outdoor adventures including sandy beaches, hiking trails, paddling, golfing, and more.

Please note that, due to the property’s location and setup, we are not well suited for younger children. For safety reasons, we prefer to host families with children who are 10 years of age or older. Thank you for your understanding.

Whether you’re seeking adventure or peaceful relaxation, this stunning coastal retreat is the perfect Cape Breton escape.

We offer two comfortable queen beds on the main floor, along with a full bathroom for your convenience. Upstairs, you’ll find a cozy daybed and an additional half bathroom, making this cottage a perfect retreat for couples, or small groups looking to relax and unwind along the beautiful Cabot Trail.

We hope you enjoy a peaceful and relaxing stay, surrounded by the stunning views and tranquility of Aspy Bay, White Point and St Paul Island in the distance.

Entertainment & Activities
Inside the cottage you’ll find:
- a Roku TV
- board games in the ottoman
- projectors and screens for movie nights (please bring your own laptop and cables)
- craft supplies in the sideboard/hutch, including a small wood burner for driftwood projects

There’s also a community calendar on the fridge featuring local festivals, music, and events. Feel free to add any discoveries from your adventures!

Porch & Mosquito Screen
The front porch is equipped with a mosquito curtain for your comfort.
The curtain will be tied to the two corner posts. Simply untie and gently spread it across the porch opening (please do not tug on the screen). The magnetic panels meet at the center stairs and along the side logs. Floor snaps are available to help secure the screen.

During bad weather, please tie the curtain back to the posts.

Don’t forget to top up the hummingbird feeder!

Outdoor Relaxation
There is a hammock in the woods beside the driveway — a perfect spot to relax and enjoy the surroundings.
