Welcome to The Bond Suite at King’s Wharf. We want every guest to enjoy a beautiful, comfortable stay. To help us maintain the suite and respect our building and neighbours, please follow these important house rules:

* 🚭 STRICTLY NO SMOKING OR VAPING — Smoking or vaping is not permitted anywhere inside the suite NOR is it permitted outside on the private patio/balcony. This is a firm rule.

* ♻️ RECYCLING IS REQUIRED — Guests must follow the building’s recycling and waste-sorting rules. Please separate garbage, recycling and other waste into the appropriate bins as instructed.

* 🗑️ Please dispose of all garbage and recycling properly before checkout.

* 🤫 Please be respectful of neighbours and keep noise to a reasonable level, particularly during evening and nighttime hours.

* 🎉 No parties or events..

* 👥 Only registered guests are permitted to stay in the suite.
