Boasting an abundance of natural light, thanks to large windows that frame the ocean and lake views, the living room is the place to relax and unwind after a long day of surfing, hiking, or biking. Curl up on the couch to watch the wildlife, read a good book or enjoy a movie on the smart TV.
The fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, and a large center island provides plenty of prep space for cooking delicious meals. The dining nook with seating for 4, is also a great place to have fun with the games and puzzles provided.
The two bedrooms are designed to provide you with the ultimate in comfort and relaxation. Each bedroom features a plush queen-size bed with high-quality linens and ample closet space for your belongings. The primary bedroom offers a designated work space, for those who need to work and play.
Outside, you will find a private covered porch that is perfect for taking in the water views and feeling the ocean breeze. The deck is furnished with comfortable chairs, making it the ideal spot to enjoy your morning beverage as you watch the sunrise over Porter’s Lake or take in the stars at night.

Porters Lake is a rural area just outside of Halifax, approximately a 45 minute drive from Halifax or the airport. The housing density is low and privacy is high.
Many beaches are within a 30 - 40 minute drive, both east and west of Halifax. Lawrencetown Beach is the highlight of the Eastern Shore area and receives a number of visitors on most summer days especially when the weather is pleasant. The beach is definitely one of the best in Nova Scotia.
The locals are among the friendliest on earth. So, please, be respectful of neighbours who live nearby. Enjoy yourselves, but please keep the noise to a reasonable level after 10:00PM.
