Such a quaint space! You will find a fully equipped kitchen , living , dining and master bedroom with your own ensuite. Upstairs there's two queen beds, and a double/single bunk bed, and a bathroom with a clawfoot tub!

Please note we require quiet time at 10 pm out of the respect of our neighbors, and do not allow parties or events at the property, max 9 guests at the property.

Located in the West-End of Halifax, approximately a 45 minute drive from Halifax or the airport. The housing density is low and privacy is high.
Many beaches are within a 30 - 40 minute drive, both east and west of Halifax. Martinique Beach is the highlight of the Eastern Shore area and receives a number of visitors on most summer days especially when the weather is pleasant. The beach is definitely one of the best in Nova Scotia.
The locals are among the friendliest on earth. So, please, be respectful of neighbours who live nearby. Enjoy yourselves, but please keep the noise to a reasonable level after 10:00PM.
